Vision Statement Adopted

On October 20, 2009, the Board of Directors adopted the following vision statement:

"The greatest strength of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians lies in educated tribal members. The Richard (Yogi) Crowe Memorial Scholarship Fund's Board of Directors hopes to ensure that every tribal member who wishes to pursue higher education has the opportunity to do so. We plan to do this by providing financial support and encouragement to enrolled members seeking an education at the Master's level and higher."
